Journal Today it rained so much I got drenched and forgot my umbrella! Oops

I went into London for my first nutritionist appointment with a women's health specialist recommended by my consultant in Harley Street. It was very fancy and bloody expensive! I had to have a food intolerance test which added to the cost which wasn’t good. I think it’s the right thing to do though and she seemed really good. I m concerned as i'm not working currently as I recover, but so desperate to get well again.

The nutritionist will work on a plan, supplements and advice for me to follow. She feels confident that she can help me.

I had a Leon salad and had chicken for the first time with her recommendation which was weird but I enjoyed it. (I'd been vegan for 8 months). Then headed home and went up to bed as I was absolutely shattered.

We had puppy training with Bentley and he did quite well bless him but depends on his mood!! Ha ha

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Thanks so much for taking time out to read my story. I share my story and my journey on Instagram to build awareness about Chronic Illness and endometriosis.

Diagnosis of thoracic endometriosis has been a life changing experience with very little information out there.

Building a community of people who share their own experiences has made a huge difference to me and to others dealing with similar symptoms.

The idea was to support others on their path to diagnosis and treatment with shared experience.

Look after yourself!
